Pacific Northwest Bleeding Disorders is excited to announce that our 2021 Unite for Bleeding Disorders Walk will be “Live” and in-person this year!
Your health and safety are still our first priority, so we are moving the walk to the fall when the guidelines for social gathering will be more relaxed. We will be combining our Unite Walk with our Annual Meeting on September 18th this year. It will be a fantastic celebration in the beautiful sunshine at the Oregon Zoo.
The Unite for Bleeding Disorders Walk is our largest community fundraiser. All funds raised from the Unite Walk go directly to support PNWBD and the programs and services they provide to the community. We are coming out of a challenging year and a half of social distancing that has been hard on all of us. We want to come out of this strong by continuing to provide events and educational opportunities that connect this fantastic community.
We are super excited to present “Walk Wednesday” posts on our Facebook and Instagram pages to share fundraising ideas and the tools available to set you up for success in your fundraising ventures. Moving the Unite for Bleeding Disorders Walk to September lets you take full advantage of the beautiful summer months to host some fantastic team fundraisers like garage sales, car washes, and can drives. After missing out last year on an in-person event, let’s make this Unite for Bleeding Disorders Walk the best ever!
